You will be assigned your own personal medical liaison that will escort you to all points of service and coordinate any additional services and follow up appointments if necessary. The services included as part of the program package include:

 

• Medical history and Physical exam

• Laboratory Testing: Complete Blood Count, Comprehensive metabolic panel, Lipid Panel, Thyroid stimulating hormone, C-Reactive Protein, Vitamin D, Urine Analysis, Prostate specific antigen (for males over 40)

• Electrocardiogram

• Chest X-ray

• Exercise Tolerance or Treadmill test

• Initial nutritional assessment by a dietitian who will review your current diet and offer recommendations for improvements that fit into your lifestyle.

• Wellness assessment targeted on Health/Diet/Exercise and Proper Nutrition/ Supplement Counseling to help you maintain and improve your health. 

• Extended time and Summary Consultation of your visit to include recommendations and results of all test for your review. 

• Most examinations are completed in one half-day at the same site of your initial visit.

 

The patient has the option to have their labs and studies listed above filed to their individual health insurance plan or to pay out of pocket directly to the Dr. Brijbag's Executive Health Program. The patient will be billed directly or may be asked to pay on the day of service for any out of network, non-covered charges, deductibles and co-insurances. CT, MRI, Ultrasonography, Expanded Micronutrient and nutritional blood analysis, Hormone Testing and other additional services are available for an additional fee.
