The Concierge program - We believe that Medical care is changing and patients should have a choice. We will do our best to provide the services you are looking for. 

 

The program has a limited patient enrollement. In addition to Standard Services, Dr. Brijbag will provide an exclusive, personalized, evidence based medical care and lifestyle plan. 

 

Additional services include:

• Your own personal coordinator

• Around the clock direct access to your physician or coordinator by cell, text or email.

• An enhanced version of your annual physical which includes, a longer, more personalized visit with Dr. Brijbag

• A detailed exam package of all your current labs results, diagnostic results and personalized health recommendations.

• Annual nutritional consultation

• Online access to your personal health care record

• Same day or next day appointments. 

• Extended office hours and weekend appointments when needed

• Expiditied ER care and inpatient management in participating hospitals (Doctors Hospital and South Miami Hospital, part of Baptist Health South Florida)

Available for an annual fee.

The annual fee for the Concierge Program is not currently covered by Medicare or other health insurance plans.

** Our program includes both healthcare and non-healthcare related services. Our services are divided into two categories the Concierge Program and Standard Services. The membership fee covers only the services listed under The Concierge Program. Standard services are covered under Medicare or third-party payers.

The entire membership fee is in payment for services not covered by insurance or Medicare.
